My Star LED Board has no sign-up and no login, so there is no account to close. You can delete your data in the ways below.
Deleting data on your phone
The text you enter, your saved displays and the photos you choose as backgrounds exist only on your phone.
- To delete saved displays one at a time: in the app’s My signs, choose the display you want to delete and tap Delete.
- To delete everything: delete the app from your phone, or go to Android Settings > Apps > My Star LED Board > Storage and tap Clear data.
If you delete the app, all data on your phone is removed and cannot be restored.
Requesting deletion of data on our servers
Our servers hold a random device identifier, your pass status, records of features unlocked through ads, and the inquiries you sent.
- In the app: go to Settings > Contact us and send a message saying “Data deletion request”. The device you send it from serves as verification, so no other information is needed.
- If you have deleted the app: reinstall it, then make the request in Settings > Contact us. A reinstall creates a new device identifier, so if you have bought a pass before, please include your Google Play order number (starting with GPA.) so we can find the matching records.
We process requests within 10 days of receipt, and you can see the result under Your inquiries on the same screen.
Data deleted when you request deletion
Device identifier, pass status, records of features unlocked through ads, and the inquiries you sent and our replies.
Data that remains after deletion
Pass payment and transaction records: kept separately for 5 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea), and then deleted.
The pass itself is tied to your Google account, so deleting your data does not cancel a monthly subscription. Please cancel it in Google Play’s subscription management.
